Meshupeshu Mail

Crafted from the ribcage and hard, rock-like skin of an ancient Meshupeshu using divine intervention from Odin, the Meshupeshu Mail is one of the most impregnable armors in the region. It conveys a base armor class of -1 and has a 50% to repel any blow from weapons not at least +2 (or any creatures with fewer than 6 hit dice.) Despite its weight (Str of 17 needed to wear it) it also floats and protects the wearer from the icy cold of the lake. It is currently worn by the adventurer Heward.
